Atsum processes the personal data of Portal users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation; EL 2016/679 and the additional conditions stipulated in this privacy policy. In addition, Atsum uses cookies in the Portal in accordance with the conditions for the use of cookies established by Atsum Invest OÜ (available at: http://atsum.eu/cookies/).

Atsum collects and processes the following data about users (hereinafter “Personal data“):

Data published by the User when registering on the portal: first and last name, social security code, date of birth, nationality, address, phone number, e-mail address, company name, company registration code and other company-related data;

Data collected when using the portal’s services (when submitting sales or purchase offers): the user’s account number, the start and end date of the payment default, the amount in arrears, planned and executed transactions, including information about the user’s active, successfully/unsuccessfully completed, pending, pending and canceled sales offers. In addition, information about active purchase offers, purchased/won items, tracked items and unsuccessful offers;

Data obtained in other ways through the use of the Portal, such as correspondence with other users/user support through the Portal, forum posts made by the user, log of user activities, queries and searches submitted on the Portal, data on the device using the service, analytical data on sales transactions, offers, sales turnover made by the user on the Portal and about the discount.

Disclosure of personal data to Atsum is voluntary, but may be unavoidably necessary for the provision of Portal services. Therefore, if the user decides not to disclose Personal Data to Atsum, Atsum cannot provide the service to the user.

Atsum processes Personal Data of Portal users on the following legal bases:

To provide a service to the user of the portal or to ensure the provision of a service;

Based on the consent given to Atsum by the portal user;

To fulfill a legal obligation applicable to Atsum;

On the basis of Atsum’s legal interest. For example, Atsum has the right to process the user’s Personal Data on the basis of a legitimate interest to prevent fraud or to ensure the network security and information security of its IT systems.

Atsum uses collected Personal Data only for the purposes stipulated in the law or in this privacy policy and in the user agreement, including the following purposes: To provide Portal services, to provide user support, to make personal commercial messages and offers, to analyze the Portal and make statistics, to supplement the Portal and its additional services.

Users undertake to process Personal Data (i.e. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) of other users that become known when using the Portal’s services only in accordance with this privacy policy and the user agreement.

As the controller of Personal Data, Atsum is responsible for the security of Personal Data. Atsum may transfer the collected Personal Data to third parties, such as a person providing legal assistance services, a cloud service provider, a person providing advertising and marketing services, a website user survey provider, web and software developers, a debt collection service provider for the purpose of making a credit decision, to the other party of a transaction concluded through the Portal.

In addition, Atsum may transfer the Personal Data published by the user in the advertisement (including name, contact information, data related to the item/object) to the provider of services integrated with the offered services (such as sales and auction environments) with the aim of promoting the sale of the object presented in the advertisement and encouraging the receipt of additional offers. In doing so, Atsum has the right to use the Personal Data published in the sales announcement in another sales or auction portal.

Atsum has done everything in its power to ensure the confidentiality and security of Personal Data by the aforementioned third parties.

Users’ personal data is stored throughout the contractual legal relationship, i.e. during the validity period of the user agreement. Upon termination of the user agreement and the expiration of the statutory requirements related to the agreement, the personal data of the respective user will be deleted or anonymized.
